Today was park day and it feels like normalcy (whatever that may be) has returned after the holidays.

My husband just finished 10 days of the master cleanse. He made it seem so easy, and I could really see changes in his skin and energy levels...I am contemplating it. He said he would do it again with me....no cooking ...hmmm?
